    Huhu

    Ave Maria?
    (Laut Google von Pauk Schwartz)

    Laune: okay
Letzte weltbewegende Tat: beim ordnen meiner musik verzweifelt
Musik: yelle - je veux te voir
    Letzte Speise: lachsweckerl
    Letzter Trank: wasser

    Adios!

That's all very depressing because I really don't know.
Of course I have dreams, I've always wanted to become a journalist or writer but I started doubting lately whether I could actually make in that business because there are soo many people who are way more talented than me.
Well, I think I'll just go to university and study abroad, probably in Sweden, and I'll just see what happens. Not a particulary farsighted (is that word actually appropriate in this context?) plan but yeah, who cares?

So, nur mal zum Verständnis: Dennis und Mr Schulz arbeiten in einem Tierkrematorium in Hollywood, welches passenderweise "Happier Hunting Ground" heißt und jährlich zum Todestag des "Lieblings" Grußkarten im Stil von "Your little Arthur is thinking of you in heaven today and wagging his tail" an die Besitzer verschickt

'I'm going along now', said Mr Schulz. 'Will you please to wait till they're cold enough to pack up? They're all for home-delivery except the cat. She's for the columbarium.'
'Okay, Mr Schulz. How about the goat's card? We can't very well say he's wagging his tail in heaven. Goats don't wag their tails.'
'They do when they go to the can.'
'Yes, but it wouldn't look right on the greeting card. They don't purr like cats. They don't sing an orison like birds.'
    'I suppose they just remember.'
Dennis wrote: Your Billy is remembering you in heaven tonight.

The Loved One von Evelyn Waugh, eigentlich ist eh das gesamte Buch zitierwürdig.

If you want to improve your English, you really should read your favourite books in English. It helps and is fun. You’ll get a feeling for the language and learn new vocabulary.
Anyway I’ll cross my fingers for you, hoping that the last test will turn out better.

+Jasminachen: Well, I stopped reading german translations of english novels a few years ago and am an admirer of the english literature, but still, thanks ;).
The actual problem is not my vocabulary or grammar - and my essays are generally quite good, too - but I am just unable to understand my teacher's questions and answer them satisfactorily whenever it comes to reading comprehensions. I kind of know all the answers but I seemingly have problems expressing myself in a few sentences and either read between the lines where I shouldn't or - when interpreting is required - do that too little because I think everything important is already on the page.
But okay, my teacher is seldomly satisfied with the answers we give; to be honest I cannot remember once that someone, in her opinion, has answered all the quesions correctly.

But it's really funny, all those who generally have difficulties writing essays, had excellent marks on the this reading comprehension test whereas nearly all of the very good "essayists" and former good students got a 4.

BWAH - tomorrow! But in a few hours everything is going to be finally!! over and on monday I'm off to Italy anyway, and even though I don't get rid of the teachers because it's a school trip it surely will be a nice change.

Ok, I'm going to bed as well as we poor Austrians only had 4 days (including the weekend) (of?) Pfingstbreak.
