Downloads- Wie benutze ich sie?

    Hallo. Ich habe mir bisher noch nie etwas für die Sims downgeloaded, jetzt habe ich es das erste mal gemacht. Aber wie bringe ich die sachen in das Spiel rein? Kann mir da jemand helfen?
