Hilfe! Jemand hat meine Seriennummer benutzt!

Hallo!
Könnt ihr mir vielleicht helfen ich wollte grad meine serien nummer von hot date bei der seite von ea (thesims.ea.com) einspeichern und der sagte mir sie wäre falsch oder schon benutzt!
Es ist ein original neues von mir gekauftes spiel und ich hab es auch nie verliehn was kann ich tun?

*heul* Das ist ja das Problem die kapiern das ja auch nicht! Die denken immer das meine serien nummer überhaupt nicht geht. Hier mal der gesamttext bis jetzt:
Ok! Perhaps you can help me or better you understood what i mean after you have read this:
When I try to register or upgrade my account I get the message 'Your serial number XXXXXXXX... is invalid or is already in use.'

If you are getting this error message then there are a few possible reasons for this:

You typed in your number wrong, please check it and try again.
Make sure you are entering the number for the correct product. If you have a copy of TheSims, don't use that serial number for Living Large or some other game.
If you have already registered with this serial number and have 6 accounts (one Master and 5 Sub-accounts). You don't need to register the number again, just log in as your Master Account and delete an unused screen name in the Account Management area.
If you have given out your serial number to someone else, then it is possible they have already registered it before you. Please NEVER give your serial number to ANYONE else. If you have done this, then you need to contact the people you gave your serial number to and tell them to close their accounts in the Account Management area.

I get this message above and i have nothing which is stood their done.
I put in the right number, i have the original game with the correct number, o never given the id away and also i have no other acount. Just the one in which i´d like to set in the serial id. And than i get this message!

Ok, once again.
I have a serial number on my booklet of the dvd box and it works!!!
It is not a installation problem which i had!!!
My problem is that when i will put this number in the field to register at thesims.ea.com i get a message that this number is wrong or that this number is already registered. But that couldn´t, I have never before registered the game an also i had never given it away!
What i mean is that someone maybe has put in the wrong number and now is registered with my serial id!!!

It doesn´t help me because i have a serial number on my booklet of the hot date game (the book which is in the dvd box of the game) but when i will put in this serial number in the field of register on thesims.ea.com he told me that this number isn´t correct or that it is already registered. How i told you i had given it to nobody its an original game and by the installisation of the game i have no problem.
It´s just a problem with the thesims.ea.com site and my serial number . And i have not registered it before , i´m sure!!!
I hope you understood my problem now!!

Hello!
I have a problem when i will put the serial number of my the sims hot date game. When i will update it in my account i get a message that this serial number will be used or is wrong. But it´s the original Number of the original game (Addon) i had buyed? And it is also the right number?
I have never given this addon or anything of the game to someone else so what can i do?

Doch du must die nummer von dem Hot Date spiel da eingeben für das normale die sims spiel gabs da ja schon ne extra spalte die hatte ich auch schon registriert. Und bei Das volle Leben und Party ohne ende hat er die nummern ja auch genommen!

Auf der Verpackung steht keine Seriennummer zumindest nicht mehr ab HOt Date um das es ja geht. Und wie schon gesagt ich hab sie nicht verschlampt ich kann ja installieren! Ich kann diese Nummer die in dem Heft steht was bei dem Spiel bei ist in der DVD BOx nur nicht bei thesims.ea.com oder wie es noch gleich hieß registrieren werd es mal mit der ohne bindestrich nummer probiern wobei ich bei den andern ja auch die bindestriche angeben konnte!
